Training philosophy
Definition of training is: “making your MIND comfortable with the fact that your BODY is going to be a little uncomfortable”.
People who don’t like to exercise usually just don’t like to be uncomfortable, but getting out of your comfort zones – mentally or physically – is where positive changes happens.
I can’t make someone want to get stronger, leaner or fitter, but if they want to do it, I m with them all the way.

* 1-2-1 session 1h £35 (free fitness test, food advise, home exercises support)
* group classes (3 people maximum) 1h £10 per person (circuit workout and more)
* wellness session 1h 30min £50 (45min specific exercises 45min massage)
* 1-2-1 outdoor training for different spot events 1h £35
